Nice and quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff and onsite maintenance. The problem is that they raise the lot rent every few months. No water meters and you pay the water and sewage bill.
Hate it rents is Way!!! to high here and the place just looks ran down and not kepted up to good Expectations . The price you pay here you can get you a nice condo it's almost 800 a month. So don't live here not worth your money people!. Along with Maintenance is horrible too they actually seem like the don't no what the hell there doing and they half ass the job instead of fixing it.
People are friendly, staff is nice, clean, mostly older folks, not very many kids.
